Two (or more) webmaster also has the same problem as two directors, except it is MUCH more abusable since you can control when and where you get to webmasters. No opponent can fight off 20+ television ads. Of course, it is simply a matter of not using this "cheat" but it should be fixed.
Also, I find the webmaster to be insanely strong. He makes a Television ad cost $7,000 a week which gives you national awareness and campaign definition. Compare that to the meager effects of the consultant... a whole +4% in one state. The webmaster should drop ad costs by 10% to 15% not 75%. At least, IMO.
Fun game, btw. I'm enjoying it plenty. A few little fixes and it'll be perfect.... too bad there wasn't a hotseat mode though.
