Order On-Line or In Store

What at this point would you do? Would you order the pc game on-line or simply wait till tomorrow to pick it up from EB provided it gets there. Is this game downloadable once purchased over the net?

There's no easy answer:

If you buy it at retail it's only $19.99.  Whereas here it's $29.95.  On the other hand, if you buy it here you get the Political Operatives Kit which includes the issue editor and interview creation editor.
