About Cultural influence - I was wondering, does it ever cause planetary conversion? Like in GalCiv, for example, when your culture outweighs the opposition, the planets swear alligence to you? Or is a military victory the only way to go?
I'm loving the game after I wrapped my head around it, way to go!
