Yeah definately, i pre-ordered about a week before realease, but i got the digital download and CE version, i'm not sure how the hard copy will be, but the download servers are pretty fast so you can still play while you wait anyway, i mean my net is slow as anything normally, and didn't take me long to download. And i've fallen in love with the game i must admit, normally games that take too long to get started, supreme commander for one, i get bored with, but with this i don't, despite the somewhat slow pace of the game.

And i dunno about currency fees, but even if you do, it'll still be about same price of not slightly cheaper than buying it in a store, espeically with the exchange rates being quite strong at the moment .
