soooooo, i haven't played any RTS since i owned the first AoE game, then i dabbled a bit in the the demo of AoE3, other than that, im a nub.
anyway i stumbled across an article about this game just last week on Rage3D, and i was intrigued, although it took me forever to find out what the hell 4x meant..lol

so i bought it friday (based on that little snippet of an interview i read, also reading the sales on amazon and whatnot), and although i havent won a game yet vs the AI, im having a blast and getting better with each skirmish..there is alot to take in and remember , but im getting there.

hats off to stardock and ironclad for taking this on, and creating something special.

what blows me away, is i hadn't heard a peep about this game until it was released, and im loving it.
