Just mentioning something I picked up on regarding research. Even though there is military and civilian research centers they all share the same queue. Basically that implied the civilian research centers are rolling their thumbs while the military counterparts are doing their thing.

Why can't they work independantly of eachother, meaning they can research military and civilian upgrades simultaneously.
